Prior to founding The Garren group, Dale Garren was the Vice President of Construction for one of the nation’s largest privately held home builders for 25 years. Mr Garren’s hallmark of success was his commit ment to quality, integrity and innovation. During the course of his career he diligently employed the cutting edge technologies of the building industry to assure that the projects he was responsible for were the best they could be. As a result, he led the entitlement, design, and implementation of the nation’s largest Master Planned All Solar Commu nity in Brentwood California. It was during the course of this leadership that he developed his strong personal commitment to building sustain able, environmentally sound projects. He carries on this commitment with The Garren Group, where sustainable building, energy efficiency and existing facility sustainable retrofitting are the core services.

Suzanne Marchant is a LEED AP and Certified Green Building Professional with extensive experience in the construction business.  In addition, she is a GreenPoint Rater. Suzanne specified the energy efficient equipment and products for construction of the nation's largest all-solar master planned community in Brentwood, California.  She also oversaw the solar rebate program with PG&E.  Suzanne has worked for national and regional builders on many projects including new homes, multi-use, multi-family and commercial retrofit.  She was the Purchasing Chair for the Home Builders Association subcommittee in 2008.  She is also a member of USGBC-NCC.

Suzanne has a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Certificate in Project Management from UC Berkeley. 

Justin Miller is a rising star in the building industry. His project management skills are superlative. Justin has managed numerous multi-million dollar projects which include massive apartment complexes, multifamily facilities, mixed use facilities and large commercial buildings. Justin is best known for his prowess with scheduling massively complex project logistics to insure smooth and timely execution of the project schedule. We are proud to have him as a member of the team. Justin is a graduate of Las Positas College where he majored in Geology and Building Sciences.

 

Louis Gregoris has risen through the ranks of the construction industry to become an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled project superintendent. If you were to look in the dictionary for “positive attitude” you would likely see a picture of Louis. His people skills coupled with his experience and knowledge make Louis and exceptional standout in the industry. Louis has strong capabilities in single family home construction. We are exceptionally pleased he has decided to be a member of the team.

 

 

Rick Hendricks has over 25 years experience working for some of the nation’s largest homebuilders. During the course of his career he has been responsible for leadership and supervision on an untold number of projects ranging from single family, multifamily and commercial. Rick also has a exceptionally strong background in offsite and underground utilities construction. Rick has supervised numerous multimillion dollar CIP projects. One of Rick’s strongest attributes is his ability to bring projects to completion within budget and on time. We are proud to have this exceptional talent as part of the team.

 

Samantha Garrison has been in the building industry for over 15 years where she has proven herself as an exceptional project coordinator. Samantha’s skills were honed over the years to a fine edge as a result of huge demands on her to accomplish the impossible on a daily basis. Samantha routinely meets these demands with a smile on her face and zeal for the next task. Samantha has a degree in business management and she is the teams “go to person”.

 

 

 

Sandi Cancilla has over 20 years experience as a contract specialist. Sandi has worked for several large corporations including one of the most prestigious geotechnical firms in the nation. Her infinite attention and detail coupled with her years of experience make her the consummate contract administrator. We are proud to have her as a part of the team.
